B. (Instant registration) You can download the form below to your computer, print it out, complete it and proceed to the payment page to pay online with a major credit card. You can also pay via paypal. When you come to camp, just bring your completed registration form or mail it to the address mentioned below or fax the completed form to (206) 984 4749.

You can sign up for our 3 day a week or 5 day a week classes.

Note: If you are unable to download, print or return the form to us, you can still proceed to the payment page. We will provide the form to you on the first day of camp and request you to complete it before participating.
